A dedicated team, including technology professionals, program instructors, and on-the-ground staff, collaborate for daily operations. The team operates from one of the nation’s central IT hubs, Hyderabad. The curriculum is developed, instructors are recruited, and communities are scheduled for online instruction. The use of cloud-based technology allows students from various communities to join the classes at the same time or watch a recording if they miss class. A nationally accredited Open Schools curriculum that the government of India approves provides the students with education starting at a foundational level and excelling at their own pace, allowing them to be eligible to finish High School. This is a groundbreaking opportunity for so many under-educated women and youth in the rural and poverty-stricken areas where we serve.
