A dedicated team, including technology professionals, program instructors, and on-the-ground staff, collaborates for daily operations. The team operates from one of the nation’s central IT hubs, Hyderabad. The curriculum is developed, instructors are recruited, and communities are scheduled for online instruction. The use of cloud-based technology allows students from various communities to join classes at the same time or watch recordings if they miss class. A nationally accredited Open Schools curriculum approved by the government of India provides students with foundational education. It allows them to excel at their own pace and finish High School. This is a groundbreaking opportunity for so many undereducated women and youth in the rural and poverty-stricken areas where we serve.
