Aahana Educational and Charitable Trust (ACT) empowers women and underserved children to transcend generational poverty through education and entrepreneurship.
Since 2022, ACT has consistently engaged in charitable activities across multiple states, focusing on education, women's empowerment, and skill development through technology and online platforms to reach rural and underserved tribal communities.
Our activities primarily cover the following domains:
Online Education: Non-formal Online learning centres and academic assistance provided by qualified educators using the NIOS curriculum that help children gain confidence in academics, stay in school, and nurture dreams often bigger than their circumstances. (0–14 years).
Empowerment Initiatives: Training in tailoring, beautician work, and other skillset development programmes where participants not only learn skills but also discover their potential. The goal is to equip women with self-awareness, critical thinking, and communicative skills. Through collaborative efforts, the program also includes education on health, well-being, safety, and financial literacy.
Promoting Women Entrepreneurs: Financial Assistance that helps women open micro-enterprises, turning desire and determination into sustainable income.
